  1. Start off your workout with a good warm up.  10 minutes on a stationary bike is perfect.
  2. Your first exercise is the Press Up - remember to do them until mometary failure.
  3. Squats are next for good leg development.
  4. Tricep dips for the back of your arms.
  5. Bicep curl for further ar development.
  6. For your shoulders, do the Lateral Raise.
  7. Core stability exercises (stomach & abs) should be done at the end of your workout.

To finish, make sure you stretch and ensure you take on board our Basics of Nutrition and Tips for Eating Right to compliment the effort you put into your workouts.
